Our journey in raising Fell Ponies is closely tied to our family values and a desire to expose our kids to the amazing experiences that come from hardwork and animal ownership. We are focused on a family centric lifestyle that focuses on self-relience and a connection to the natural world. Homeschooling our children and working from home has allowed us to integrate lessons on nature and it's adaptability and interconnectedness into our daily routine, as well as practical lessons in livestock management and care. Each Fell Pony at WILDTHISTLE is more than a pet; they are a part of our family and a living example of nature’s wonders, providing a unique learning experience for our children and our family. 

We love learning and we love meeting new people. We hope you will be compelled to reach out and connect with us. We are happy to talk ponies, homeschool, or animal rearing more generally. 

Our kids are an interacle part of our program and we invite you to send in pictures of your little ones working with their ponies and our kids would be happy to reply and send them a special message.
